I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were excellent, especially with the sea view which I truly appreciated. Being close to the sea, pool, and restaurant made it even better. The hotel also had its own Wi-Fi, but I would suggest upgrading the TV to a flat LCD with more Arabic and non-Arab channels and adding more modern cupboards.

I can't praise the staff enough, especially Ramy, Sherif, Ahmed, and Mahmoud. Everyone, from housekeeping to receptionists, went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and cared for. The level of service was exceptional.

The location was simply picturesque! Surrounded by lush greenery, the hotel provided a serene and quiet atmosphere. The bar and air-conditioned lobby were perfect for relaxing and escaping the heat. It was a peaceful retreat.

The hotel offers stunning views, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms with a very comfortable king-size bed. However, the pillows were too hard. The service was exceptional, especially with accommodating elderly guests. The location is picturesque and green but slightly distant from the city center. The dining experience was good overall, although it could be improved. The facilities were top-notch.
